mnml.ai API Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the mnml.ai API ("API"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these API Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not permitted to use the API.

2. Description of Service

The mnml.ai API allows developers to integrate mnml.ai's AI-generated content services into their own applications, enabling the generation and retrieval of AI-created image assets

3. Registration and API Key

Account Creation: To access the API, you must create an account on mnml.ai API platform and obtain an API key.

API Key Usage: Your API key is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and all activities that occur under your API key.

4. Permitted Use

You may use the API to develop applications that interact with mnml.ai services, provided that such use:

  • Complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Does not violate any rights of any person or entity.
  • Adheres to the usage limits and guidelines outlined in the API documentation.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the API to engage in any activity that is illegal, fraudulent, or harmful.
  • Share, sell, lease, or sublicense the API or API key to any third party.
  • Use the API in a manner that could impair, harm, or damage mnml.ai services or their operation.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the API or any related software.
  • Develop applications that replicate or compete with mnml.ai's services, including creating white-label solutions or complete online business platforms that offer similar functionalities.

6. Content Ownership and License

User-Generated Content: Content generated through the API is owned by you and accordingly you can provide your own terms of use to your users, subject to compliance with these Terms and any applicable laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

No Warranty: The API is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. mnml.ai disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, and fitness for a particular purpose.

User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any content generated using the API. mnml.ai is not liable for any content created or any consequences arising from its use.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall mnml.ai be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the API.

8. Termination

mnml.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the API at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to others or the business interests of mnml.ai.

9. Changes to Terms

mnml.ai may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the API after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
